Refund/Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

LOST PACKAGES

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We are sorry to hear about this!

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, you are more than welcome to contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures. We will get back to you with instructions on the process. RETURNS

All earrings and CLOTHING are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE.

All SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible to return.

Must pay for shipping.

The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please, do not hesitate to contact us.

Damages and issues

All of our items are hand made and inspected before shipping. If the item doesn't fit (ring or necklaces), we have a "7 day after arrived" exchange policy to have it re-sized. Please contact us at zaybellafashionstudio@gmail.com before returning an item.

It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered in the same condition that it was received and It must be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we do not provide return labels,
however, our customers are free to ship their returns with whichever courier they find most convenient.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Replacements for broken pieces are only accepted 7 days after delivery date, restrictions may apply.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Fraudulent Orders or false opened cases

Zaybella Fashion Studio LLC has it own private lawyer, if false opened cases or fraudulent orders are made or opened, legal terms will be made.
